9Round 30 Minute Kickboxing Fitness

The trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging. They tailor exercises to your ability but push you to improvement. Every trainer takes their time with each client, making us feel confident and comfortable. Each workout I leave feeling accomplished. Both my body and mental health are reaching their goals. This could not be possible without the trainers there!

I’ve been a member of 9Round for 4 months now and words cannot express how grateful I am to be apart of this kickboxing fitness family! The high intensity intervals and kick-boxing training were not as intimidating as I expected because, since day 1, all of my trainers have been such great teachers! They have each taken time to break everything down and help me understand each workout which has truly allowed me to grow in my fitness journey. All my trainers have been encouraging, motivating and have made me feel safe as I have been vulnerably pushing myself to new levels of endurance. I first came to 9Round unfortunately at a broken and fragile place in my life. However, in the last 4 months I’ve seen a tremendous improvement in my mental health, and I leave after every workout with the empowering feeling that I’m getting back what was taken from me. Being apart of this gym has been so healing as I feel pushed to stay consistent and disciplined. I also love that everyday single day the workouts are totally different from the days or weeks before! Each trainer is very creative in the workouts they give us and I get excited to see what workouts are next! Thank you 9Round family for being one of the best things that’s happened to me 🙌🏼🔥🥊💪🏻🫶🏼

9 round is my favorite place to be at! The trainers make every workout fun and challenging. The only reason I continue to show up is because of the amazing trainers that hold you accountable. Diego makes the morning workouts worth it as they are challenging yet fun, with his positive attitude and willingness to make a difference.

Hands down one of the best gyms, for kickboxing, Boxing fitness. I got in the best shape of my life at this gym, been a member for more over a year now highly recommend it. Diego the personal trainer does a great job pushing you to do better and with great exercises I like that you can get your workout of the day and be set.

I have been going here for about 3months and I have nothing but great things to say about this place! The trainers are AMAZING!! Zack is always the one who has pushed me to my limit and is always motivating me he’s great! In such short time that I’ve gone here I recommend this place to everyone. They accommodate your workouts depending on your fitness level and there is no judgement at all.
