I recently ordered a 2024 Audi RS3. Waited roughly 10 months until it was delivered. Terrence has been very helpful and kept constant communication with me throughout the waiting process, answering and questions that I had. I have brought my 2017 R8, 2017 Huracan 2020 Q8 to the Audi service department, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Ricky, my service advisor, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and he made sure to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had about my vehicles. The technicians did an excellent job with the maintenance work, and both of my cars were running smoother than ever when I got them back. The entire experience was seamless, and I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received. Overall, I highly recommend the Audi service department for anyone looking for high-quality service and expert advice. I must say , one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had and I will continue to only take my car here. Carina my service advisor went above and beyond to help me have full access to how my car was and when it would be ready, all while finding the best prices for me. They needed on extra day for a part that needed ordering and she even made sure to get me a loaner during the time. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my visit.
