Crystal Palace Ballroom

We had the best time for my daughter Maya Isabella Sweet 16 at Crystal Palace. Our coordinator, Maribel did an exceptional job by keeping our party fun and doing everything in a timely manner. Her and the wait staff were attentive to our guests, kept our drinks full and ballroom clean. We appreciate you Maribel!! The entire staff was very professional from the day I first went to see the ballroom. Raquel and Armando walked me through anything I needed and were always there to answer all my questions. Great job 👏👏👏 My family and friends complimented how beautiful the party turned out and the best thing is my beautiful daughter was happy. I would definitely go back to Crystal Palace Ballroom for any future events.

This was our venue for our daughters quinceañera. From the beginning our experience was good with the young lady ( I’m sorryI forgot her name) that helped us with explaining and answering all our questions with the contract. The party was 80s themed and DJ Andy did not disappoint. Everybody danced their feet off! I received many compliments on the great customer service from the staff during the reception. Ms. Maribel was 100% correct when she reassured me that I would have nothing to worry about. Mr. Mando gave my daughter a very considerate gift showing how they were in tune with all the details of our theme. All our guests had a great time and my daughter was elated!! Thank you to all the staff and continue caring for your guests the way that you do.

Amazing experience in this place. I don’t regret having my wedding there at all. From the beginning to end, I was treated with respect and they worked with payments to ensure we don’t lose credit with them or the date. I appreciate the service provided from day 1. All those negative comments I believe are unfounded and lies. I believe people complaint when they have made a mistake and they have not liked to be corrected by the team at Crystal palace. Administrators and workers there have adjusted and worked to make things work for the customer. My cake, food, and service were all exceptional, exceeded expectations. 5 stars all the way!

We highly recommend Crystal Palace Ballroom for your event. The staff was great and took very good care of all our needs the night of our Daughter's Quinceanera! Thank you to Mando and Maribel for helping our event run so smoothly. The ballroom was so beautiful.
