We were very pleased with the service we received when we met with Diane to arrange for our auto and home insurance. There was one minor error in the contract as submitted (mostly my fault), but Diane followed up with us several times and with her home office to get it straightened out. She really took time to explain all our options and pointed out several things that we hadn't thought of. I would recommend her and her company to anyone.
