My experience was by far exactly what I was hoping for. I initially came in with a couple of questions for my PC upgrade, however Nick was able to answer all my questions with clarity. I built a PC and didn’t have much experience myself. I brought Nick a new case and additional fans to be installed. The service provided was by far superb, friendly and welcoming. The price to quality of work is excellent and I definitely will be bringing more business and is well deserved based off how my PC upgrade was handled. Popped in a few weeks ago to have a gaming PC built. Incredibly pleased with the overall experience. I told Nick what I was looking for and he pulled the parts together in a few minutes. Once it was all said and done, it essentially took them a few hours to get it it built. The cable management is excellent and the PC is fantastic. I especially appreciate them taking the time to follow up with me later to make sure everything was still working as well as I wanted it to. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to folks that don't have the time or the desire to build something on their own. They work with you on every step.

The screen for my switch was pretty damaged and I was referred to Glitch for repairs. Right off the bat, they were really helpful and straightforward about the repair and the cost. Jose was very professional and even gave me updates when needed. My switch looks like new again and works great! Thank you guys! 🙌🏻
