Ricardo Ballesteros has be so amazing to work with. He told us on day one that he’d ensure our best interest and will be committed to ensure we find a home that we love. He has done that and so much more! He’s gone above and beyond, showed us several houses from different builders (both resale and new builds), and provided his experience with the different builders from his previous clients and was very knowledgeable when it came to how the builders vary between what they offer (everything from their floor plans to amenities to their incentives!). He was very patient with us, never rushed our decision, and would probably show us 1,000 more houses if we asked him to.
