Today was our first appointment, and I am so pleased with the service we received! The customer service was exceptional from arrival. My daughter was nervous, but the assistant Brooke was really patient and friendly, which made her feel much better! She also explained every step to us while she was working so we could know what to expect next. I am glad that I chose to go with Smile Straight and trust that they're going to continue to take good care of my daughter during her treatment!

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Consultation was quick and everything is explained clearly and easy to understand. Walked out with braces same day as consultation. Previously brought my son here for braces and all was great, now my daughters turn.

My daughter now has a beautiful smile. Naomi is a great office manager. The team is kind and takes care of their patients! They're a busy practice, so there is sometimes little wiggle room when scheduling the next appointment (try not to reschedule, that takes even longer). Overall, it was a good experience 👍
