My western tech experience as a student has been incredible! The onboarding process with Joanne was upfront and understandable. The instructors for the CDL program are amazing! Pete, Lance, Lupe, Mike, Alfonzo, Ruben, and Adel are hands down the best instructor’s with the experience a student needs to learn all about handling a tractor and trailer. Last but not least is Fernie. He set up meetings with local transportation companies so that we as students have an idea of what to expect and to find work immediately after we get our CDL. I highly recommend Western Tech to anyone looking to go to that next stage in their life.

Western Tech College has an exceptional CDL program. Program Director Lupe Gonzalez and Instructor Pete Rosales are absolute amazing, they go above and beyond to ensure students receive great training and support. Instructor Pete Rosales is a true expert in his field the hands-on approach, knowledge and experience, provided me with invaluable skills. Petes commitment to student learning and growth is so inspiring I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to join in on this field of work

I’m currently in the HVAC program and enjoying every moment of it. I was skeptical about coming back to school because I assumed the curriculum would be dry and too formal, but found out it’s the opposite. It’s got so much hands on that it makes the lecture and book portion very much interesting to incorporate them both. The instructors make the lessons fun, and learning coming easy when you have good instruction. I’d totally recommend this program to anybody.
