Stress levels are off the charts!
One of the top daily cause of stress amongst Americans seems to be juggling family schedules. As a result, people have said to sleep more (and less), attended religious services or prayed more, ate more (and less), and exercised less.
It is important to address this before it takes a toll on our health.I have found that planning your day the night before, helps a great deal when it comes to stressing over our daily schedules. I’ve read that top activities to reduce stress are spend time with family and friends.
