Importance of breakfast for children

We’ve all heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day a million times. It turns out that they might be right, especially for school aged children.

I’ve also heart that it’s a great way to help maintain a healthy weight. It seems to curve the appetite a little, allowing you to eat moderately throughout the day.
