Fall for this drink ( hopefully not literally)
Pumpkin pie sangria
Ingredients
1 bottle white wine, chilled
1 bottle sparkling cider, chilled
1/2 c. pumpkin pie vodka
1 pear, chopped
1 apple, chopped
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
Cinnamon sticks, for garnish
Directions
- On a small shallow plate, combine sugar and pumpkin spice and mix to combine. Rim glasses with a piece of apple and dip glasses into mixture. Set aside.
In a large pitcher, combine wine with cider and pumpkin pie vodka. Add chopped fruit and stir to combine. Pour into glasses and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Booze it up hot chocolate
Ingredients
- 4 cups cream
- 4 cups milk
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. Belcolade Belgian dark chocolate
- Tequila
- Mini marshmallows

In a 4-quart pot, bring cream, milk, sugar, and salt to a simmer. Place chocolate in vita prep blender and slowly pour the dairy mixture over the chocolate. Start blender at low speed and slowly increase the speed to high, mixing for 30 seconds until smooth. Heat to order in a saucepot or with a steam rod, combining 6 ounces of the hot chocolate mix and 2 ounces of tequila in a mug to serve. Top with mini marshmallows.

Ingredients:
.5 oz Lillet Blanc .5 oz St. Germain .5 oz Honey Syrup (equal parts honey and water combined).75 oz Lemon Juice 3 oz Champagne
Add ice to shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a Champagne flute. Top with Champagne.
